“Yeah well as much as I love Carol as a sister… I’ve witnessed her throwing Bobbi a bachelorette Party…. It end with me deciding we need to to get drunk and play dress up… Which is awkward due to my closet…” Jessica chuckled slightly as a genuine smile graced her lips. “Oh if I wanted VIP status, I would have used my girlish charms” She teased as she nudged him playfully. “I think Carol and Steve would be the Parents… You and me we’re the Aunt and Uncle that people only like to see during the holidays. Peter And Doreen are Steve and Carol’s Grandkids cause well they are still petite things.”
“…That actually sounds like a hell of a party. You’re not making a solid argument here!” He chuckled, trailing his thumb over the tip of his goatee.
The man couldn’t help but laugh at the nudge, rubbing his shoulder and feigning an injury. “So the Captain’s get to be parents, yeah that sounds about right considering how often Carol likes to bring her higher rank into it to annoy Steve. Then we have to add Matt as the voice of reason during a party, even though he does tend to get a little carried away. Uncle Tony and Aunt Jessica - doesn’t that make us sound old? And here I thought you’d label me as the father but you know, I’m fine with being the cooky uncle. All things considered."
